Eltec Pyroelectric Laser Detectors
Eltec Pyroelectric Laser Detectors are made with Lithium Tantalate elements. These provide an excellent stability over time and temperature and are suitable for all wavelengths. In all Model 420 - Series, the elements are heat-sinked, are rugged and withstand high energy.

5 mm round element.
Eltec Model 420M7-X
4.5 x 4.5 mm square element.
Available with all window options "X". 		When the laser radiation enters the detector as a collimated beam, sensing area can be made large even in a small package. When the laser radiation enters the detector as a collimated beam, sensing area can be made large even in a small package. The window opening of this Eltec pyroelectric laser detector is 5 mm diameter in a TO39 package.
Eltec Model 420M14-"X"
Miniature detector in small TO18 housing. All window options "X".

Eltec Model 4202.   Quad Element (4 quadrant) for Laser Positioning

for laser positioning is available with all window options "X" 		The 4 elements of 1x1mm each have very narrow spacing. This Eltec 4-quadrant laser positioning sensor is in a standard TO39 transistor package

 Eltec laser detector Model 400 has a higher sensitivity than 420 at frequencies below 10 Hz.
